Ring Trip 2007

Post by Doug_S2 » Tue Dec 26, 2006 6:22 pm

Who is up for a trip to the ring in the next 2 to 3 months?

I went for the first time last year, organised by Ash, and it was a great trip away. I think it is a good idea to get a weekend day on track and a monday. That way you get a busy day and a quiet day.

I think costs last year were £65 return ferry, €90 per 2 per night hotel, ring tickets, fuel and food money. If you can share fuel costs and a room then it ends up beign a cheap trip away.

I am going to take the s2 this year.

It is a very relaxed trip - no timing and pushing for laptimes and relaxed evening at the hotel, or the local restaurants...

doug

BTW - it is addictive

Yep, put my name down. They release the opening times much earlier these days, sometime just before or after Easter with Monday opening would be great :)

I'd be up for that, never been before but wanted to go for years.

Is this RS246'ers only or can anyone come? Got mates with a Gallardo spyder, Honda NSX and M3 SMG who would like to come?

Cheers,

Paul.
