Any way, jus tthought id post this as a little reminder how lucky you lot are. Getting seriously bored of my current jap mobile and long for a bit of twin turbo goodness in my life again!
Have i missed much?seems like a few people have really started pushing the boat out on bigpower mods

The only Jap mobile worth having is a celestial blue honda crx Vtec They're so good that I had 3 of em

Andy, if you don't have this Jap mobile, sell what you do have and invest in 1 - only problem is that you won't wanna sell it when it comes to buying your S4 :D
01 RS4, Milltek, Dahlback Racing rears, RS6 fronts and a few bits to be added.

Also, as I hate driving, my toy to play with - a Honda CBR F Sport

How do you bore a twork and what size drill bit would you use?

For that matter what IS a twork?

^^^^

good to see the sense of humour is still intact on this site :bash:

twork is kind of similar to the tinternet and other such northern phrases
the only thing i want to bore at twork is the receptionist, but lets not go there :P

all is well thanks. Got a 52 plate civic type R at the moment. With the new house i dont have the spare funds to throw at tuning anymore but oh well.

I saw a black V reg avant on pistonheads for sale. Was thinking i could get some K04s on there and I could use it as a hearse for an express funeral service so it was earning its keep a bit, thats the only way im going to be able to afford another S4 at the mo.

How come people are steering clear of K04/RS6 hybrid turbos then? I thought they were going to be the next big thing?

They give good power, but bang for buck its not worth it unless you are replacing heads and manifolds and that is BIG money! K04's can do big power as Mihnea has shown with over 500BHP. to get any more though you would need to replace heads, manifolds etc - may as well buy an RS4 or an RS4 engine.
