Email replies to thread posts

Post by DavidT » Tue May 13, 2003 1:42 pm

These sometimes take hours to come through, sometimes virtually instant and sometimes I do not get them.

Is it something wrong with my settings ?

Cheers

I'm not sure they do always arrive though.

In all honesty, it's unlikely that we will get this fixed in a hurry. Please be patient and we will see what we can do. Thanks.

Yep, I agree 100% that the most important thing is to bring on the videos which by the way is also my opinion and I'm in full agreement with it.

It's a popular french quote/joke that came from our own "Spitting Images" (Les Guignols de l'Info : the Info Puppets) where an old man from a former colony keeps coming back stubbornly to a somehow irrelevant issue, saying "Me not drop the case !" with a strong overseas accent. Made the old man very sympathetical to everyone.
The quote was later picked up in lyrics from french rappers who claimed their overseas roots (africa and vietnam).
So very PC, no offense meant

Hehe, Phil, that's 10/10 on your writing skills for French forums. You're ready for the Euro as all your fellow citizens.
Just drive on the right and drop the one-hour time difference, and you're done with Europe. We love our royals here too and the beer ain't bad, we'll just warm it.
For the rest, we share : "Champagne for the ones, Caviar for the other ones".

Sorry to put the htread back om topic but this always works for me????

So as long as your profile says email replies to favourite threads, then you add the relevent thread to the favourites list ( using toggle in footer of page) then you get emailed replies

Or am i missing something?
