Cheapish mod that has not been mentioned would be getting a Drive Train Stabiliser. Was the best thing I did with my car... ~£250ish

Spend a little more you can have your pre-cats gutted ~400

Remap the best of course, but now you are up to £500+

I will stop there :-p

Image I knew somebody had, but couldn't remember who/couldn't be bothered to find out either .....

I personally thought it was kinda radical, but not to everyone's taste Image

Anymore details on this as the main beam on the S4 is very poor.

01 RS4, Milltek, Dahlback Racing rears, RS6 fronts and a few bits to be added.

Also, as I hate driving, my toy to play with - a Honda CBR F Sport

Following on from the original post and some of the comments are great and this dam is good idea for a post Alps what with crimbo approaching and the kids wanting the entire contents of Toys-R-us this year (As usual)...

Cruise is a good one, must get round to that as it seems to be relatively straightforward on facelift cars.

Boring one is to spoil yourself with a good set of silicone wiper blades for winter.

Also for the country lane night driving we do been thinking of upgrading the headlights, also interested in the HID conversion but.. anyone using either of these bulbs Philips Vision Plus H7 or Osram Silverstar H7?

Used both those type bulbs on BMW's and both are good. If I was to buy again I think I would go with the Philips though.
