What firm has already got a re-map option for the RS4?
As above, I am just about to get my RS4 and will fit a Milltek. But if DMS,QST or anyone has a proven re-map I would be interested.

DMS has proven and tried map.......... car fgoes very nicely... Am waiting until their new rolling road is installed and will then do the standard/modded plots.... I believe they getting 27 bhp and 40 ftLbs of torque extra.... and usually under quote..

I hardly think Ray West is trying to have you over claiming false figures if he says he will get 520 BHP and you get 519 (on someone elses R/R)!!!!!!!!! A little harsh I would say.
How well do you know DMS, me thinks you are very good friends with them!!!! No disrespect meant earlier ref DMS, not heard anything bad about them.

DMS rolling roading customers cars?simple1 wrote:DMS now have rolling road on new premises in Southampton, unlike Mr West, they don't make false claims, DMS claimed 520 bhp for 996 turbo upgrade, similar to Mr West, turns out West is 519, DMS version is 549, verified at independent rolling road..................
Have they had a bump to the head or been taken over??
Had numerous conversations with, I think Rob, a year or so back. He couldn't have been more anti RRs if he tried, had various reasons and refused point blank to allow my car on his RR which was "only for developement".
Despite the good press I had a quite opposite experieince power wise with DMS on my Merc, but true to their word I got a refund.

Djcevo, I've used DMS for several vehicles and found them superb, speak to Mike.djcevo wrote:Simple - have you ever used Ray West??
Prob not, and how is that likely going to come back and bite me on my arse!?!?!?!?
As I said, NO DISRESPECT!!!!!!!!!! Wasnt looking into having a row!!
Don't worry about this 'simple' fella, seems very aggressive and opiniated...was with me when I dared bring up a pertinant thread re residual value on the RS4.
Ah look, the simple fella returns, and with news... and I quote from DMS who as we all agree, are decent fellows:
What the guy has got completely wrong is that we have always identified the dyno as an essential part of product development but we have in the past and still advocate it is not essential on every customer car you do.
Comes from Mike Cooper and should hopefully put this to bed. As for my attitiude Mr Robbo66, I think you will find this is a forum, where we encourage opinions and views, but they need to be informed rather than repeating quotes from another site , which you did, and with no base. Ding Ding round three.........
