MSN Messenger Chat meet??

Post by MarkB » Wed Nov 01, 2006 9:48 pm

Anyone up for a meet online at a pre arranged time using MSN or something like it?

I've seen some forums have live chat within them...

Shoot me down if its a bad idea or not the done thing.

Done it before on another forum. Not sure about latest version but MSN used to only support 5 people in a chat. We used to use a one of the many free chat rooms you can set up, hosted by other sites. It worked in my experience, but the majority of people had met each other in person at meets previously.

Worth a go........

didn't know about the 5 user limit. was a little worried about it getting recorded by someone, but the that could be done by anyone involved

Nothing special but banter can get carried away, it does on here at times!

MSN I think can now hold up to about 20 people in a chat at once. Definatly waaaaaaaay more than 5.

I wonder is the crew would be interested in setting up a chat page on the forum, or would it not add value?
