In the real world how much quicker is a standard RS4 than a standard S4?

Loads maybe.... hard to say but 115 BHP more than the S4 is a lot, only 40Nm extra though...

in traffic in the real world I've found it's easy to catch the RS4 off boost in the S4 - pickup from a low revs on the S is great where as you have to work the RS up to about 3,500 before it on full song.. give it the slightest bit of straight road & the RS will be past you though.

More interesting would be how much quicker a standard RS4 would be than stage II/III S4..
