Buying a RS2 in Eastern Europe

Hi, guys my name is Luky I am from Slovakia, and I want to buy a RS2. We have only about two real ones in the whole country, and one of them is currently for sale. It is a red late 1994, production number 763. It has a hybrid K24/26 turbo and a Digi-Tec chip and a racing exhaust.It had three owners, one in Switzerland(1994-05) and two in Slovakia (1st one early 05-this summer, current one this summer-now) and has 220 000 kms on clock. The first owner here in Slovakia crashed the car from either left and right side into a guard-rail and sold it to the current one, who needed RS2 mechanical parts for his S2 dragster project. As he was not able to finish this project, he repaired this car(also changed the interior for a new one), and now he is selling it. I talked to the seller by phone for about 45 minutes on Friday, and he gave me some useful information, but he was not able to answer my questions, if the car has the newer transmission with the reinforced 1st gear, and if it has the smaller or bigger brakes(he won t be at home for the next two weeks so he could not simply look). Is it possible to find out this from the VIN-WAC ZZZ 8 CZRZ 000763 ? I also want to ask, if a price of 16500 euro(this includes two other sets of cups with Pirelli ASI tires) is fair for such car, it has some interesting modifications, but also a lot of kms and it was crashed. If I want to bring a pre-1996 car from Germany or Switzerland it costs about 2000 euro to deliver and make it street legal. There are also two other interesting Audis for sale a nice S2 Coupe Lehmann with RS2 engine and Porsche Big-Reds and a S6 Plus Avant, which costs about 6000 euro, but has 250 000 kms on clock. Should I better look for those?
