The 31st is good for me. Don't forget I am just a standard 1.8t FWD

But it will be nice to get a reading without a boost leak!

I'm joking - wondered how long it would take someone to bite! I am big fan of Torsen - although according to Autocar the new S4 also uses Haldex...

Dunc

Actually I got that wrong - it says Torsen in this weeks review of the S4

So Phil, what's the latest list? Are there any spaces for 2WD cars?

Why can't they do coast down runs to give us an indication of flywheel BHP? Or have I got it wrong?

Right 31st is booked, so keep the cars coming. 2WD is OK I think (Anyone confirm from last time?)

Here is the reponse I had from them the other day.
The 31st will be fine. We have some new dyno software which will give flywheel bhp and torque figures. I can run through this when everyone is here. We have specific vesions for 4 cylinders, 6 cylinders, and 4 cylinder-4 wheel drive-turbo cars. It has been developed for specific models - like subaru wrx and Porsche, but may be quite accurate for the audi. We don't do a coastdown loss, but the system determines losses through the measurement of applied force on the rollers. Its quite complex.

Saturday, we'd like most people there by 9am. I'll run through the safety side of things, everyone can sign on, and the first car will be running at 9:30am. We will accept credit cards (not amex) and cash. Its £50 for a power test (inc vat), or £80 for 2 runs as discussed.

Keep me informed. I'm away this weekend until tuesday, so if you have any further questions drop me a line and I'll get back to you then.

I think it should be OK as it can handle up to 1800bhp on 2WD cars

Yes 2wd is OK, that GT1 they use in the adverts is a 2WD car.
