50:50 i believe, with a variable split depending upon grip.

I have heard somewhere that the B7, or at least the later B7's have 40:60

I sub cont. to my local Audi dealer - and they know i'm a petrol head, and becuase i bought my S4 from them they don't mind me driving any of them. I drove the B7 S4 , the rear end feels alot more to my liking , but feels good still. You'll notice the rear pushing out slightly under 'spirited' driving conditions .

I thought the 40:60 was B7 RS4.

Opps, sorry , that was what i took out. I don;t assocate the B7 with just being an S4 for some reason!

B7 is deffo 60/40 - more power to the rear.

But I remembe reading an article on the (at the time) "NEW RS4" and it said how great it was as LIKE THE B6 S4 it had the 60:40 split. But this is the only reference I have found to the B6 being 60:40 worst case it is 50:50.

If 50:50 it will probably to change upto 66:33 eitherway depending on grip.

B7 S4 is 50:50 like the B6 S4.

The only cars with 40:60 are S6, S8, RS4 and Q7.
