Poor service

Post by lengster1 » Tue Sep 19, 2006 8:55 am

Had about enough of poor service from my local main agent, has anyone got a suitable email address for customer services or brand manager etc,the buying experiance was far from what it should of been as rs4stevo knows as he was there and the following 18 months contact and service with my local agent has certainly been no better its got to the point i just do not trust them to do anything, its time to pass on my experiance to them.

poor service

Very poor service it is , i am agree with you guys!!! I would quick some ass if i was in charge!!! Ask a simple question they rarely know the answer.... "certainly sir we will ring you back...." yeh right, they rarely ring back!! Order some parts : they order the wrong ones.... It is always a wast of time

Very often they don't know about their cars!!! Where i work we had a corporate day coming Audi's staff +team managers....they spotted my car one of them nearly didn't know about that model: said to me "nice engine in this one, a good 3.2 l atmo.... when i said what it was he though i was lying!

I think they have a poor training and poor management like in a lot of business. they wear suit, move around like they are extremely busy but they are not!!!! I did notice the only one thing working hard is the coffee machine!!!!!!!!

I am sure somewhere there are some good main dealers , serious who do a great job but so far i didn't find one and have been to many places already......

I will be honest with you i bought a citroen van and i did need some bits+ some advice on a problem. They knew their stuff+ one member of the staff did fix my motor , it didn't take long just 1mn and they didn't charge me  Couldn't beleve it!! :audibash:
