Woody, I think that certain members of the crew should, as I have heard said before "wind their necks in".

I like to think that this forum is a friendly and helpful community to be in, but ironically some of the crew let it down somewhat.

Oh, and if you want a translation of Tnuc, simply reverse the word!

Just my opinion, and yes, I do expect to get shot down in flames for saying it, but that is exactly my point! Maybe I should just sit back at my computer and keep any opinions to myself.

Problem with winding your neck in is.......... the forum turns into a free for all... and there are plenty of forums out there which condone insulting, abusive behavoiur, 246 has always and will always be above that. For years the forum was used by people who knew each other, never got involved in slanging matches and all worked fine with no need for crew. As the site has got busier, and more usuers apear, you will always get self opinionated people whos view should not be questioned, am pleased to say that this is not the case here 99.9% of the time.
The crew do a difficult job, get nothing for it, nor do the private owners of the site, and anybody who has any form of authority is going to upset somebody at some point, moral of the story is fly under the radar, and you would see no input from the crew, most of the work they do is behind the scenes anyway....and yes, everybody is entitled to a view, as long as it conforms to the normal lines of decency and decorum, nobody will have an issue with it.
