Well, there is always the driver factor. A 945hp Supra should kill an S4, even a highly modified one.
I wonder what times they ran, would be easy to detect if the Supra had a good run or not. It should run low 10s in proper hands.

i remember starting a post about the ultimate ram air and getting every reason why it wont work..i think them there turbo,s sucking in all that air at low or high speeds tells me it will work..right then out with my dremmel..

The supra did sound a little ill to be fair - seemed to be mis-firing!
