This is EXACTLY what happened to AmD, and boy did they get some slagging!

I'm interested to see how MRC handle the situation. It can't be easy to start as a small outfit with great customer service and then keep the service going as you struggle to grow to meet demand. AmD found a very good solution in the end, and I have little doubt that MRC will have to do the same. It's just a question of when.

I am certainly not complaining... given Mihnea has been off I understand. I just hope the e-mail didnt vanish into a recycle bin somewhere  .

If they have issues with SPAM they should setup filters/rules for incomming mail from customers like us and offer us priority over general e-mails coming in from the web - just an idea?

Have you tried calling, just to make sure that they've received your email?

Give them a call.......their knowledge is superior to anything I have experienced in the UK on 2.7t's (and I have tried a them all!). Like most people, they do not do everything well but they are a new company so need to find their feet. Think they are having a "nice " problem with more demand than they can supply.....

I know they must be very busy. I've tried to contact them via PM and email just to ask if Mihnea has the time to do a tour to tune about 10 cars, but I haven't got an answer in four months. A simple "sorry cant do" would be nice.

I'll just have to manage with my stg1 chip and tune it the best I can with maching injectors, FPR and maf size with rs6 hybrids and #60 mototrons. I dont think its going to be very smooth but it will be drivable.

smurfbus - I woudld simply just give them a call.

I tried to PM them a few times, but they always very busy.

If they answer emails etc, then they wouldnt get any work done. However they should reply at some point or forward some automated responce to say they are busy and call if something is urgent.

Try phoning. Youll eventually get through. Its engaged a lot of time.

I was there on Tuesday for a stage2+ remap. Mihnea was still recovering but still came in to do my remap in the afternoon and I have a feeling that they was working till late, as I came baack with a lose clip on exhaust after a while and they were still there at 7pm. Looks like they were gonna be working till late.

If you phone youll get through but bear in mind they are extremely busy. The phone muct have gone off at least 15 times when I was there, and only Doug was working. Its hard to answer calls and work at same time. Would be good if they got an answerphone to take messages and get back to people at end of the day.

They may take there time getting back to you but they do a great job.

Anyone who has ever been there knows:

1) What great guys they are.
2) How absolutely manic it is.
3) How disorganized they are (see (2))

The last time I went it had slipped their minds
However, they were great, did everything I wanted and
were really courteous and helpful - brilliant.

All they need is a secretary.......

Absolutely great guys and couldnt ask for better service when there :-)

Like I said earlier - this post was done originally with light hearted humour in mind - the post subject was as a joke. Just wanted to find out if they were any good at responding to mail - answer is no, they are too busy. Understandably I suppose.

Guys I am new to this Audi forum coming from Porche for the last 4 years, I can not understand why any of you would trust your vehicle to such a small outfit from the posts you can easily sense that they are not organised. I understand they are a small business and need to start somewhere but when working on expensive cars like these customer services has to be number one. If they are so busy then there obviosuly earning enough money to employ suitable staff. I wish them & all you guys good luck but with never risk my car with such an outfit.

Thats your loss I am afraid. I understand what you are saying but I
would rather the guys looking at my expensive car knew what they were
doing rather than minding their p's and q's on the phone. You are right, they
are a small outfit and freakin fantastic at what they do hence the popularity.

Glad you had a good experience - would you take a new car to them?
