Simon, you may as well do the RS4 engine & gearbox mounts whilst you've got it out - possibly the waterpump & cambelt too unless they've been done recently?

Fuel pump - Walbro is by far the cheapest @ £85 (but mine was a bit too noisy for my liking). Bosch motorsport is expensive but flows a lot more that the RS4 fuel pump.

An oil cooler should be seriously considered at this stage of tune.

You should fit the RS4 IC shrouds too bud + have you got the K04 inlet pipes + new oil feeds to the turbos.

Finally, you might want to consider a lightweight flywheel?

Here's the famous Walbro fuel pump install guide at AW.
I'll go for walbro since it's cheap, easy to install and flows really good.

@simon i have the RS4 shrouds and the charge air pipes i mentioned are all new RS4 item,s,the belts ,tensioners and water pump have also been done but i will put a new cambelt on for safetys sake..the mounts i never thought of so there nxt to get and a flywheel has crossed my mind but i need to have a drive in a car that has 1 so i understand the feel,clatter.. and an oilcooler will be bespoke and not RS4..i have a plan...
@ dummi if i have to machine the manifold to get em to fit i think it,ll be worth it..

All sounds good to me, if and when you get around to it I'll be interested in your BiPipe, for the right price ;)

Are Rs4 Gearbox mounts and S4 gearbox mounts exactly the same?

I think only the engine mounts are different.

Thats what I heard. May be worth doing new mounts though depending on how old the surrent ones are.

Slightly more than LWFW on your car now Brett!

Since you have full RS4 fuel rail, TB IM etc.. I'd put a set of RS4 injectors on that puppy. Correct spray pattern and so far I've heard no one mention any issues with RS4 injectors. Green tops certainly seem to have problems with idling etc...
