Well i'm planning on running my car at ~450Bhp with 440cc injectors. Depends how my remap works out.
U got any nice link to some place that sells Bosch or Walbro? RS4 fuel pump is way beyond the pricelimit.
Friggen 750$ is a bit too much :o

Too right RS4 pump is crazy expensive, MRC tuning sell Bosch pumps and Mike @ Vast performance does an exchange Walbro already to fit. Alternatively buy a Walbro yourself (Ebay) and modify it to fit (instructions were on AW).

Can't seem to find those instructions at AW..
The bosch pump fits without any modification to it?

KayGee wrote:Good price on the turbos. You'll need bigger MAF housing for 500 Bhp. AWE, ASP and Jacob do aftermarket or go with RS4 item which can support around 500 Bhp.

60lb injectors can be bought for S4 and RS4 fuel rails. No one has reported maxing the fuel rails as yet.

You'll need an uprated fuel pump - Bosch (dear), Walbro (cheapish) and RS4 (dear) and possibly a adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator if the idle proves problematic.

Although no one is reporting rough idling with these injectors as yet.

If you are not scared of a bit of work, might want to consider straight RS6 turbos. Slightly more work fitting them...should be able to pick them up quite a lot cheaper than hybrids though....
Thanks for good info. I already have a walbro. I wouldn't say it is bad because it is cheap, it was on my 800HP Toyota Supra (actually 2 walbros) and they were better than stock, same flow, used less power. All the single turbo supra guys use mostly walbros, so i bought it based on experience - mine and others.

As for the injectors, i will order them today.
I have written Mike@Vast an e-mail inquiring about their open element / MAF combo, but i am getting no feedback.
As for the turbos, would RS6 turbos be better? Will they still bolt on to let's say stock manifold, and a little custom work is no problem at all. Everything can be done :)

I was just curious if S4 and RS4 fuel rails flow the same, wouldn't want to risk getting uneven flow to injectors. Not that great if one injector leans out.

I was offered 2 sets of RS4 turbos, 700 EUR for 86000km turbos and 1000 EUR for 13000km turbos. Thought i'd buy them and then try to have them modded to hybrids. But. if straight RS6 turbos are a better option price/performance and power curve wise, then that would be my choice.
Any info on RS6 turbos on 2.7T engine would be nice, when they make power etc.

I know, a lot of questions, but i would like to get it right the first time

Also, what would be a fair price for 1000km driven RS6 turbos? One guy is selling and i need to make an offer if i were to buy these.
