Rupert - that was an excellent link to post - made for very interesting reading - just proves once again the valuable information you can get from the forum.

Many thanks,

Rich.

hmmm looking for same info for original RS4 have copied/paste this link into search engine and changed 6 to 4 but nothing happens or rather the file is not supported. Any ideas?

It seems to be an american webpage so I wonder if like the B5 RS4 its unavailable there.

That is brilliant, wish I had the guide before... A lot better in understanding the car. Gutted that I don't have a colour lazer printer in my current office.

Did you spot the comical battery and spare wheel arrangement in US spec cars, that is absolutely hilarious!! (says he that keeps a full size spare in the boot!)

Correct - the RS2, B5 RS4 and RS6 Avant were not available in the US, so that's probably why the documents can't be found on that website - but I did find some launch information for the B7 RS4:

I could´t find any dealer number and register, maybe somebody else have the same problem.
At the http://www.s4-mtm.com/library.htm I found the self study guide for some models, the main part of the articles are placed under the web articles category.
