Audi (Mondial) Extended Warranty - maximum car age?
Audi (Mondial) Extended Warranty - maximum car age?
Does anyone have experience of extending their Audi warranty past 5 years?
I was told by a dealership that they would only extend warranty up to 5 years for a vehicle. After that I would have to take a warranty from an independant company and they generally cover less items on the car.
Anyone extended with Audi on a 6 year old vehicle?

Big question , thought the same can anyone help?

Yes, I have an Audi warranty on my RS4 until Feb. 2007. The car was registered Feb 2001. It would have cost me in the region of £1430 but my dealer owed me a favour so no charge to me. My car has only done just less than 40k miles so not sure if that helped

LOL
Nope they just sold me a car which had been MTM'd and told me it was standard. Hence, no valid insurance etc. and when I pointed out to them the implications of such an error they were terribly helpful

Mine was sold as an MTM Edition, which doesn't exist
But got written confirmation of cover even though Stage 3'd

So anyone know if you can get the warranty after 5 years?
RE: Audi (Mondial) Extended Warranty - maximum car age?
From what bakerdcb says it appears you can, I think he was just pointing out he didn't have to pay for it.
I guess if we spoke to CS we'd get the usual corporate no despite there being exceptions out in the network

I think a phone call to mondial may fix this one.
I've been trying to get through to Mondial to sort out an waranty for the last week, but just an answer phone message saying they cannot sort out any warrantys at the moment, let me know if you get through.
Has anyone got any ideas why they aren't answering, as my warranty runs out at the end of the month, and I think its probably a good idea to keep it going.
For that matter where would anyone recommend for a third party warranty?
