Simon, personally I find that shocking! don't these people want your 'expensive' business? I'd contact the Dealer Principle if one exists and go from there.

There must be a decent Audi dealer somewhere?

Can't believe so many people are pulling out on the B7.
Had the B5 and imo the B7 is a far superior package,granted it's a lot of dosh
but for the amount I think you get a lot of mota.

I have a very similar story.... Let's see how long it takes them to send you refund through.

Hopefully not long or else I will be onto Audi UK.

Still have an interest in at a better dealer for a 4+

You obviously know their kind too well, 2 weeks and still no cheque. Sales Mgr blames salesman and salesman blames Sales Mgr.

Think a visit or call to Audi UK is in order.

Mine took 2 months... When it finally arrived it was sent second class!!!
