Dent

Post by gezzerS4 » Sun Apr 09, 2006 2:33 pm

Just seen a little ding, on the bonnet, just above the grill, obviously been thwacked by something bigger than your normal little stone, probably same thing that cracked the windscreen.

Problem is where it is situated there is no access to the rear of the area as its double skinned :( , any ideas how to deal with it, can those dent-master guys do anything.

I can live with the paint chip, but little dings just shout at me I'm afraid, especially when it's polished and shiney.

My car suffered a dent to the off side rear door while in for a service, nice dealer agreed to have it fixed. Dent guy was able to leave it perfect and it was on the seam of the inner door frame......... amazing what they can do. Also de-tesco'd the other side while he was there. Am always so careful where I park but still seem to get dings in the doors....

I always worry about trying to park across more than one bay as I've seen people get their cars keyed for it. Just as a word of warning.
