My RS6 goes in on Monday....

My beloved RS6 goes in for the ABT treatment on Monday.. it's a four day job.. should come out with 505bhp and 630Nm... [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]

Now I've made the commitment I'm really excited about it.. it's like having a new car on order.. I can see why you guys get addicted [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I'll have a play for a month or two make sure it beds down Ok and then I'll have the exhasut changed which should be good for another 20bhp [img]images/graemlins/clap.gif[/img]

Absolutly mate.. what with a fairly gentle torque figure (relativly speaking) the car should be quick without the worries of failures.

My local audi dealer is doing the work for me and has explained that the warrenty remains intact [img]images/graemlins/clap.gif[/img]

Barry will doubtless confirm this, but his RS6 had 515bhp with the ABT chip and Miltek pipes. It was fairly rapid on the road [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I think the biggest improvement was driveability (as the tiptronic programme was altered too) rather that significantly more thrust.
