put my name sown for an s4 on sunday s reg nice condition nagaro blue cream blue interior full audi history only to find out after a hpi check it still has finance due, not happy withthe garage at all surely they must of known?

i never put any money down so im not out of pocket just annoyed cos its a damn nice car, phoned the company up who has the finance and they said dont touch it

the search continues ....

Very unusual for a garage, they are obliged to settle the finance as soon as they take ownership of the car..

It's a legal requirement for a garage to settle the outstanding finance. Unless they've dropped a huge clanger and gave all the proceeds to the vendor.

Is it worth posting the garage name and reg number of the car here as a warning to other forum members?

You'll find another S4 so don't worry too much.
