Normally im not to fussed, i find a colour and stick to it...However the RS4 is the first car ill be spending over 50k on. So i want it to be perfect...The problem is that i guess im starting to over analyze the whole thing.harry wrote:Genocidalduck....
Check earlier B7 threads there are pictures of the B7 in Avus and White somewhere.
Daytona looks top in the above pictures too.
What does it matter when yer inside it with yer boot tho the floor!
RS4 (B7) Tech pack. SS+. Auto boot. Cool Box.

Yeh its called pre purchase anxiety disorder (PPAD), a pre cursor to post purchase stress disorder(PPSD). These are very real afflictions in todays consumerist society.
I was the same when I specced and ordered a new S3 in 2002. Went for Black and when it arrived wished I'd ordered silver. ASh well it wasnt long, three months to the day in fact, that the thing had an electrical failure combined with the starter motor being jammed on which led to a few puffs of smoke before the whole engine went up in flames writing off the car!
Cant really complain tho. Audi HQ & UK were exemplary, I enjoyed a full refund and promptly went shopping for RS4s to mend my broken heart!
Hope this doesn't happen to you. I suppose cars aren't really like houses where you can redecorate at your whim. Go somewhere quiet on your own (with a few download pictures of the colours in question for inspiaration) and listen to your gut instinct.
