What are they offering for the S4 Cab? They don't book in Glass's so are you looking at a CAP price?deansheehan wrote:Thanks for all the feedback, they are also trying it on with the part-exchange for my S4 Cab at 2.5k below book pe price!
I test drove the RS4 and had it redlined and squiffy on the exit of a couple of roundabouts, sure I'm not the first and probably not the last!

Trade on a 54 plate S4 Cab is c£29k/30k and an 04 would be about £1.5/2k less. CAP and Glass's are the two price guides which dealers use. Coming into spring with no plate change due you should get these prices for a straight sale, more if you are buying something other than an RS4.
Maserati GranTurismo GTS Auto, S3 Sportback, TT2 3.2 Roadster, Disco3 for the heavy stuff.

It has 18k miles and the web research I have done (autotrader etc ) place it at around 28k part-ex. The Audi delare in question was offering 25.5 but I have backed out of that deal and making progress on another RS4 with better spec, lower price, initial owner and hoping to get a better (reasonable and fair shall we say) part-ex price.
Thanks for all the advice...
