best way to remove rounded nut

as title i have a nut that is virtually rounded,is there an easy way of removing it as space is quite tight

You can get special socket tools which are made of hardened steel, the inside of them is a 'spiral of teeth'. You hammer the tool onto the nut/bolt, then as you start turning it anti-clockwise it bites in until the bolt finally starts to turn. Don't know the name of them, but Grizz used them on a nut i'd rounded.

Probably also worth mentioning that even these things do bite into the bolts, it's not so much that the bolt couldn't be used again (unless it's rounded of course!).
