Here's the steel (i.e. non-ceramic) caliper measurements for the B8 which I tend to use when buying alloys...

My current summer alloys are a similar 20 x 10 ET20 fitted 265/30 R20 though I DID experience rubbing at rear under load and during spirited cornering. This was overcome by introducing a -2 degree camber which is, apparently, the maximum negative adjustment. I haven't notice any significant uneven tyre wear as a result. They are nice & flush.
That is helpful thank you

I make your setup the equivalent of running 19mm spacers compared to the standard 9.5J et 26 wheels. What is the handling and stone chip situation like?

Standard tyres on the b8 are 265/30 R20 so if you consider the tyre tread footprint it sits only a further 6mm out from standard. Granted, the tyre sidewall is more stretched but it is the tyre (and not the actual wheel unless you are really slammed) that will cause rubbing and issues with stone chips and I don't find a problem. Handling, if anything, is slightly improved due to the wider track though I can't say that I notice much of a difference. On the other hand, fitting 275/30 R 20s would be a big issue. If I was on the lookout for another set of alloys, these advertised would tick all the right boxes for the B8 IMHO; they look the business

Thank you so much. That makes sense. I just drew it all to scale and yes if i keep the same tyre width it will actually only be shifted 5mm further out even though the rim grows 1mm on the inside and 11mm on the outside

Ok, excuse the late response, I have been extremely busy the last few week. I had a very short space of time yesterday to work with so my measurements may be a few mm off but these will not clear B7 calipers without spacers but appear to be fine for B8 cars. I got around 45mm clearance on the 116mm centre measurement which rapidly increased to 50 something mm for the B8's. I didn't actually make a note for the B8 as I forgot.

Regarding price I have been having a think. I will remove the tyres and will look at offers around £1500

Just as a reference as I have been asked to measure the exact inner spoke clearance for B7 calipers. I made it to be between 45mm and 46mm where you need 52mm. This would ultimately mean you'd require at least a 7mm spacer to clear the calipers, or remove some of the material off the lower edges of the calipers to gain a few extra mm.

Just realised I hadn't edited the first post with the price reduction. Looking for offers around £1450

Not sure if it's the buyer of this particular set, but there's a guy on FB in the RS4 owners club that has them on his Avus B7

I asked him about fitment - He confirmed that he needed an 8mm spacer to clear the calipers (actually went for 10mm as he felt the clearance at 8mm was tight). At least it means Adam and my measurements are right!
