Audi Service Record - item names / meanings?

I was going through my digital service record and most service items are pretty obvious like air cleaner element (air filter) sliding roof (sunroof service) and brake fluid change. However for the gearbox and 4WD system it isn't so clear to me. I see the following different items:
Gearbox oil
Final drive oil
Oil for final drive
ATF
What I'm confused about is Audi seem to separately list Final drive oil and Oil for final drive. Is one for the front final drive oil and one for the rear final drive oil?
Also gearbox oil and ATF (automatic transmission fluid?) sound similar but guess this might relate to 4WD and DSG?
Does anyone have the knowledge of what Audi mean for each item? Apologies if I am being slow here!

I agree that info is what should be done but it doesn't tie back to how Audi document it in my service history. The thing is my digital history isn't detailed with front or rear final drive etc. I'm sure/hoping all is in order as the car is audi approved and it's just the way audi record it.
Do others have the same or something different written in their digital service history?

I believe the rear end has 2 different oils.
What quantities do you have on the service record? Could be a top up for the steering?

The items I mentioned above were from before I purchased the car. I guess I could call the garages and see I'd they will help but would be good to know how others have work recorded in their digital history.
My guess is
"ATF" means the rear drive ATF oil
"Gearbox oil" is DSG oil and filter
But for example does front final drive oil service show up as "final drive oil" and rear final drive oil service get written as "oil for final drive"?
If anyone has had this done and can check how it is shown on their digital record that would be great.

I’m having the four oils done at Audi next Wednesday.
Will let you know how they write them up then (unless someone tells you before)

I had all my oils done last year, this is how they were marked up on the Invoices:
Gearbox oil £225
L01 Castrol Edge LL3 £97
Front Final Drive Oil £158
Rear Final Drive Oil £89
Axle Oil rear Final £82
Oil Change Service £225
The invoices could be clearer tbh.
