Electric folding is a cost option
Otherwise it's brute force

there will be a setting in the MMI just tick the box
Re: Wing Mirrors
There will be a setting on the mirror switch, if you have them then the switch will rotate to the 6 o'clock postion, ie the bottom (If heated mirrors is 12 o'clock, right mirror 1 o'clock and left mirror at the 11 o'clock postions)signum wrote:Well mine are electronically adjustable, and heated - but how do you make them fold in ?

my mistake didn't realise no mmi.
Re: Wing Mirrors
That description does not mean they fold, it just means that you don't have to stick your hand out the window to adjust them. They need to be 'electronically adjustable, heated and folding' or some similar description to have the feature you are asking about.signum wrote:Well mine are electronically adjustable, and heated - but how do you make them fold in ?
The sure way to tell is to look at the mirror adjustment control. If you can rotate it through 360 degrees then your mirrors should fold (and will at the 6 o'clock position). If the rotary control only moves through 90-120 degrees then they are not the folding units.
