You will have to let us know what spec the exhaust is and get some video clips ! I have always thought mine was too tame with cat back !
Will do mate, I've not even heard one with a Milltek to compare but i cant wait for some noise
as it sounds very tame with just the cat deletes.

Demand Engineering did an amazing job on my C6, car sounded epic when the new exhaust was fitted. A low bassy rumbling noise at idle and the absolute works when on full chat.

i have supersprint which i think sounds slightly better than milltek, but i do need decat downpipes to get that little bit extra out of the remap ! I'm looking at getting some custom carbon airboxes made up but its proving hard to find someone who is willing to make some ... as you will find out heat is a big problem with the c6

Yes i have pretty much had everything carbon'd you can think of, from steering wheels, seat backs, scuttle panels, rs4 engine
covers etc etc heat will always be a factor especially if skinned.
I've pretty much stopped bothering doing certain under bonnet parts as the heat will always get to it in the end even
when ive been promised it wont with special resins and other methods.

Any way collecting the car tomorrow, i've managed to get some standard brakes so I can use the car while the ceramics
are being refurbed.
Then early next week I will take the car for black optics then I need to decide how I'm going to get the thing low.

Well I have been in talks about a full on custom kit built totally for this car using all bilstein components so lets see.
Airlift do a kit but atm I'm unsure, I'm told it drives well but I also know about one strut losing oil and going down the
lines which I assume is due to the weight on the front end.

I've also spoke to H+R in Germany about the ultra lows so I need to see what ground clearance these things have.

Cheers Ian, yes the ceramics was a massive thing for me so really pleased to get one with them
fitted.

I drove Shivs and wasnt too bad to be honest but didnt really push it hard.
The struts though were skinny as fook so doubt it would have lasted with all that weight.
Wonder if you can bag it though retaining the DRC struts?

Mines lowered as far as it will go on KW Adjustable platforms, i'd like it a bit lower if im honest but its rubbing already so would need narrower tyres and coilovers/Air. However i wanted to retain the DRC with mine being a lower miler and just so i can switch comfort to much firmer if i want to push it. I'd go of the KW's again but with a slightly shorter spring or leave out the helper springs.

These are hard to get low, theres over 150mm ground clearance at a guess. The wheel size is also an issue, I considered ordering a 275/30 rather than 275/35

Jules, I know you will be changing your wheels, but when you come to sell it youll probably want to keep the new wheels so maybe when you sell all you need to do is give the originals a bit of colour as they look good here with a lowered car.
