Okay, so the answer to this is no. You won't be able to get regular style spring compressors in there well enough to fully compress the springs.
What do you mean by regular style? Your regular or my regular :biggrin3:

X-D. I tried the ones I pictured earlier and you just can't get them in with the jaws far enough apart to compress them enough. One side came out easy as it was broken and didn't need compressing. I set the new springs to their lowest height and used a pry bar to lever the hub down along with pure force from my foot to get it in/seated.

The front was easier to deal with the springs but a lot of the bolts were seized in place. I wanted to get the upper arms out and onto a press to fit the camber bushes but ended up having to leave them on the car and use a portable bush press. Absolutely destroyed one of my fingers with a hammer trying to free a bolt.

All in all it was 8-10 hours PER CORNER because of the issues I hit along the way (and I was also doing the brakes, H&R ARBs and Phaeton ducts). Do not want to do that again.
