Hi all, my HEX+CAN-USB lead arrived today and so far I've installed everything correctly and plugged into the car. When trying the auto scan, it gets so far (stops at different times) and then chucks out an error that is the same as if it had been unplugged.
Before you ask, I've checked both ends for security and also tried another laptop, all the same.
2ndly, so far the only code I'm getting out before failure is:
1 Fault Found:
17545 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Rich
P1137 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000
Can someone suggest the first thing to check please.
Thank you in advance!
Rob

Ok as far as my fault, I've searched and found some good info to get me going via here and also the ross tech wiki, but still think I might have a problem with the lead?
Thanks
Thanks
You don't say what car this is for, but I would log block 003 and re-post your max MAF output in g/s.

Yes all correct and as it should be. I have now discovered the problem, bizarrely it would appear that the cable doesn't like either my HP or my Packard Bell laptops however its fine with the little Eee PC, go figure???
Work has stopped me from finding the cause of my fault or any further logging but I'll reply here once I have learnt how to use it correctly.
