[THANKS] Was Charge pressure control: positive deviation

Post by Enne&Effe » Sat Apr 02, 2005 8:13 am

Hello,
I want to thank you for you precious advice to solve my RS4 problems.
While I connected the VAG-COM I found these errors:
Charge pressure control: positive deviation
Bank 1: Fuel trim (Add) Too lean
Bank 2: Fuel trim (Add) Too lean

I checked th Bypass Velves (Dump Valves) and I've noticed that:
- One valve was broken (checked with MityVac suction pump).
- One hose from the other valve was unsecure and partially disconnected.

No warning lamp on the dash.

I've replaced the Dump Valves with 2 new Bosh 110 that should be equal to the Audi 710N:

The old valves were Audi 710A

Then I drove the car for about 50 Km then I reconnected the VAG-COM.
0 ERRORS FOUND!!!

So...Thank you very much for your precious advice!!!

Nicola
