Also, with the quattro system, it's best to run same thickness all-around

I couldnt find/buy 8mm hubcentric spacers for the front so fitted 3mm plain ones, any larger than this and your wheel WILL NOT be in contact with you hub,it will just be the bolts alligning the wheel, the inner bore of the alloy is only the correct diameter to mate with the hub approx 5mm into the wheel so if you pack it out by more than that and dont use hubcentric your putting all shear loads through your bolts and not the hub,i wouldnt be a passenger in such a car driven at speed thanks
I have 8mm Front and 10mm Rear (not yet fitted) H&R Hubcentric spacers. size you will need is the 150mm face. the bolts are the 35mm (I think) ones, Virdee no doubt will confirm, I am not at home at the moment so can not confirm.
Few guys are running 8 fronts and 10 rears on here. I think Porky was running 10s all round on his cab.

Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar
Yes Hubcentric means it has a lip and the weight is resting on that and not the bolts, and yes this applies to the 8mm, infant all hubcentric spacers, even the 50mm onespsg001 wrote:so does that mean if you can get 8mm hubcentric spacers then its ok because its not just the bolts taking all the force / attaching the wheel to the hub???
There have been horror stories of spacers coming off, and even cheaply made hubcentric ones splitting at the base, Over on a BMW forum it happened to a guy on there who was running a 330ci. they was not made by H&R.
