Brake discs

Post by Adymars » Wed Jul 29, 2020 2:31 pm

Hi. Ive not long owned my B7 cabrio but as the months roll on I am noticing more and more things about it. The latest is it looked to me like the holes in the brake discs were a little smaller than I had seen elsewhere. When I checked more closely the rear ones are slightly bigger than the front and they are full of gunge (brake dust i presume). Is it ok to just remove the wheels and drill them all out ????

Absolutely, and give them a good wash and jet wash afterwards and your callipers as this will stop brake wobble too.
