I want to run it pretty low, does anyone know where i should be looking to set them? Also, how much will they settle once fitted?
Mine are set right at the bottom and have Been on for 2 weeks

Thanks for that, are those 20's? Any rubbing? Any spacers?
I'll be running the 20" S5 wheels which are very close to the oem 19" in size and poke.

Yes mate they are 20" s5 wheels, I was running 10mm spacers on the rear and wore part of the tyre away on the side wall! Swapped to 8mm all round and no problems so far

Are the fronts easier to adjust on the car than the rears?

drill hole/holes if needed in the threaded part that the adjuster spin on[at the end of it or bottom -but not where the adjuster will run]
insert rod/appropriate screwdriver to hold threaded part and adjust ring quarter turns at a time-its still a pita and threads need to be clean and lubed up-its easier the lower you go-but i run mine at the upper height range so more preload/harder to turn

I got bored trying to adjust it, took it to a garage, they dropped the subframe and did it easy. Couple of hours labour, no smashed knuckles.
