Fault Codes - Advice Please

Dear All,

The EPC light came on along with car going into limp home mode; engine switch off/on reset the limp home mode but left the EPC light on. Audi have told me the following fault codes were logged - they have reset and car is running OK with EPC light off. Any advice/suggestions on what would cause the following combo of codes would be much appreciated:

17819/P1411/005137
Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 2: Insufficient Flow

18265/P1857/006231
Load Signal: Error Message from ECU

18619/P2187/008583
Bank 1; System too Lean at Idle

17796/P1388/005000
Control Module Malfunction - DBW Throttle Monitoring

secondary air injection system (used to warm cat when cold).
Either pump playing up or hose disconnected. will only ever come on when cold - you can run Vag Com to test the fan - sounds like a little supercharger.
