Hi,

Does your car have the Bose sound system? There's a "fairly" common problem where the Bose amp doesn't power off when you switch off the ignition.
It drains about an amp - which will flatten the battery in a couple of days.
It happened to my wife's Audi TT. I had to wire a relay in series with the Bose power line to cut the power to it when the ignition was switched off.
Problem solved.

See if you can place an Amp meter on the battery power line and, with the ignition switched off, pull each fuse in turn to see what's drawing power.
The Bose Amp will normally power-off after a couple of minutes - I bet yours isn't.

Regards, Chris.
