in a way that's really lucky. Think what'd have happened if it, whatever it is, had moved and broken up en route down intake

good job you didn't tow it ;) I did that once after a build and the engine ate the airfilter. Totally ate it. :(

is it run it yet? 8)

had it running with the intercoolers bypassed, need to find another fmic now, glad i didnt tow it!!its running nicely now after sorting about 10 throttle faults logged, the oil i drained out was like water with all the fuel mixed in after all the cranking, just need to re assemble pedal box and sort a fmic and its ready for the road,il run it in gently with no boost for 1000 miles then think about altering the map to suit the k04 hybrids and water/methanol,i hope the rs4 clutch will handle it,i dont think it will last too long with the extra 200bhp of nos though...

aahaaaah, your rs4 clutch will bite the dust! . :bigwave: to your clutch. 500 ftlbs and that's about it, at least the way I launch?

checked the raceware head studs torque now its been run up to temp several times and most of the studs required a good 1/8th of a turn to reach the correct torque again,so worth checking if you run with studs

its my own homebrewed fmic, pipework made up from 2in stainless also has a shrouding which you cant see in the pics, stops any air escaping round the sides of the intercooler, every little bit helps...
