The Polish guy (Keyser I think) did this by lifting the car off the engine. He disconnected the suspension top mounts
and subframe (and some other stuff obviously

) and lifted the shell leaving the engine on the floor. Sounds like the
best way to do it if you ask me. Now, if you can charge 20 hours labour for an engine pull (which in conversation with
poeple who have done this, rarely takes this long) and do it in relative comfort why are you going to agree to make
life more difficult for yourself AND make less profit?.
As with others on this thread, it's the labour costs that really bite. I actually have most of the parts for this conversion
now (My set of K04s is with Jacob right now). Just need a few more bits and bobs. I will then try and start haggling for
a price with someone to do this.
