Thanks, I've pretty much decided on the Stoptechs. I'm just waiting for Stasis to get back with some technical info (anyone know the brake bias using 13" Track Sport Front and 298mm Track Sport Rear).

Amazing really how slow some of the tuner's are - AmD still haven't got back to me (I asked for a quote on brakes, ECU and exhaust on Monday!) Thought they'd be biting my hand off - but must have bigger RS4 fish to fry :o

My K04ed S4 produces substantially more torque across the rev range than when it was a remapped K03 version. You need to drive a K04ed S4 to appreciate the difference.

RE: Brake bias checkout ECS website. Great article on their explains the calculation. Should be enough for you to do the maths. Or get at least have an educated guess.

Jeff you got any dyno plots I can look at? You're running the K04s+FPR+chip, intercoolers?

Mine is K04s, remap and full Milltek (it's a 400BHP AmD conversion.....) and no RS4 intercoolers, fuel system or MAF/Airbox. It's probable best if I don't post dyno plots until I've visited AmD on Monday as there may be something wrong with the car.

Thanks KayGee, I previously skipped the formulae and went straight to the pdf  . Assuming Stasis use the same hats for the rear and front, I calculate the brake bias 67:33; using the standard rear discs gives 71.5 : 28.5. I guess the rear upgrade should only be used with 355+ fronts.

I think 335 is the largest size you'll get under 17" rims...you'll need 18" for 355.

You have to be carefull with what rims you purchase as well. The Avus rims have lots of internal clearance.

So jeff you're running K04 and Milltek with the rest of the hardware completely stock S4? So the remap is custom for your setup. Are u in the pipeline for something bigger? or this is the setup you're happy with for the long run? I ask a cos i was under the impression that without mods to the fuelling side the car will starve for fuel which is not sustainable in the long run, esp if one pushes his car hard and often. Rgds.

Yup, agreed with moktoya, the S4 fuelling system is not good for 350+ HP...
