it is common for the bumpers not to align on rs4 intercooler cars becasue the ics push on hte bumper. The design of hte clip on bumper mounts is crap - you have ot use force to remove - the plastic mounts can deform over time - and hte metal part of hte wing can be adjusted if you still have the part htat bolts onto the front panel.
Nice one Doug, i dont have RS4 cooler's yet though :roll: , so i guess the mount's must be a bit dodgey. I'm not sure what you mean about the wing being adjusted and the bit that bolts onto the front panel?

Mine had no rivets arch liner seemed to cover more than that and had black torx and plastic twist clips at bottom
