There'e no question she'll be fast, even faster after the winter rebuild with the roller bearing turbo etc. The only question will be whether my driving skills will be adequate to not fall off ever 5 minutes :roll:

It is a huge leap from a 550bhp RS4 to this, and will probably take some getting used to, especially when the 'limit' on this is far in excess of my RS4's limit. To give you some idea, my best time in the RS4 around Croft was a 1min44 when she was on 520bhp, this little beastie's best is a 1min22, albeit on slicks - world of difference.

This is something I have wanted to do for a long time - rather that spend 40k and take bits off a perfectly good road car to make it an OK trackday car, take a full race car and add bits to make it a compromise for the road. Seems to make perfect sense :wink:

VX is up to 300 odd bhp, 330llbs of torque and down to 970kg's now......its a nasty bastard in the wet :twisted:
