Just realised I never closed this off, the system took a couple days to fully bleed itsself out and not have loads of tiny bubbles in the reservoir.

But is all working perfectly now, no noise, smooth action as it all should be.
I was lucky to get the all air out quickly enough through this steps. It might help someone in the future:

1 - Top up the power steering oil and turn the steering wheel left/right 15 ish times with engine OFF (wheels of the ground)
2 - Turn ON the engine and slowly do the same.
3 - Turn OFF the engine and let the air escape with reservoir cap off (1h) you can do your tie rod ends in the meantime or drink a tea.
4 - Whith the engine OFF slowly turn the steering wheel L/R a couple of times you will see significant amount of air escaping through the reservoir.
5 - Top up the fluid and off you go.

This worked for me, no cavitation or funny noise from the PS pump.
