I have the wagner coolers, their shrouds and their hoses. I didn't use the wagner grille though, although I do have it. I remained stock.
* The coolers are nice.
* The shrouds are fairly flimsy, but fit OK, although It was a bit tricky attaching them (I have the old ones saved as backup)
* The hoses aren't great. I recommend https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252828100894, but ask them to leave the NS lower hose oversize and trim it to length yourself.

I went through a similar analysis and landed on the Wagners. It may be possible to get comparable results cheaper by going custom re-cores, but the in the savings was not worth the potential hassle.

Regarding the CF shrouds, they are definitely a struggle to fit. If you look at the stock shrouds, they are hard plastic with little rubber flaps on the front to seal against the bumper cover. There are various hoses and brackets that the shrouds have to fit around, and the rubber provides flexibility. The CF shrouds technically fit the same, but there is almost zero flexibility, so getting them to line up while manhandling the bumper cover back on is a pretty huge PITA. I ended up dremmeling away some small sections on the front of the shrouds to get them to fit smoothly. In the end, they worked OK, but took a lot of trial-and error to get a good fit. Also, the provided method for attaching them to the intercoolers themselves is <beep>, so I modified IT to work better. When the bumper is fitted, the shrouds are wedged in good against the intercoolers anyways, so the mounting screws really just to hold them while fitting everything up.

I reinforced the shroud edges with aluminum and 3M tape. The screws tear the CF over time otherwise.

My CF shrouds are actually cable tied on for these ^^ reasons.

Worked well enough.

The bottom silicon hoses provided with the Wagner kit keep on popping out, turbo side, not Intercooler side. Might try one of the suggestions above ^^, particularly the oversized option..
