Removal of TMC/TV tuner from RS6

I have installed an RNS-E in my RS6 and want to strip out the remaining RNS-D bits (TMC and TV Tuner).

To remove the TMC do I disconnect it and then pair/connect the radio wires together. Is that all I need to do before physically removing it?

To remove the TV tuner I presume it is just a case of unplugging and removing?
