Just sold my RNS-D from my RS6 to a chap on Ebay. He appears to be having a problem getting the radio code to be accepted. All the numbers match the radio serial number and the chasis number so the head unit is the correct one for the code. Anyone else experienced this as a problem previously.
Kind regards
Jonathan

RE: RNS D coding problem
is it not accepting the code or is he getting "safe" in the display?
i'm not entirely sure but i think these are two seperate issues. if he's getting "safe" it could be he hasn't connected a supply to the "safe" terminal on the back of the Nav-Plus. i forget which terminal it is and nav-plus.com is down at the moment so i can't check, maybe craig will be along shortly with an answer

RE: RNS D coding problem
It will display safe unless you link the "SAFE" wire to +12V
