Also, is it just me or has this car been lowered over standard?
I drove AAH's RS2 and his brake pedal is very soft but that feels nice and he had his complete brake syatem replaced including bomb, my brake pedal dont travel more then 3-4'' and the bomb is due to be replaced.Vasaudigreece wrote: The brakes moving so far in may what is called 'bomb' accumulator which may have started going bad.Change of this is around 300eyro new from audi.It is a must as it reggulates the pressing pedal and the sudden cheers

True; I have new fronts (big reds) and rear calipers, disks, pads, bomb, ATE fluid and a thorough bleed and there is still a bit of travel with my brake pedal before anything serious happens, but once the brakes bite they really slow you down fast and very smoothly. It may be the master cylinder(?) that is allowing the pedal to travel, I don't really know, but I am used to it and I haven't run into the bake of anything... yet.robo wrote:I drove AAH's RS2 and his brake pedal is very soft but that feels nice and he had his complete brake syatem replaced including bomb, my brake pedal dont travel more then 3-4'' and the bomb is due to be replaced.Vasaudigreece wrote: The brakes moving so far in may what is called 'bomb' accumulator which may have started going bad.Change of this is around 300eyro new from audi.It is a must as it reggulates the pressing pedal and the sudden cheers
