Im looking at modifying with the sportec gear to 550 hp. Any comments, suggestions and recommendations on sportec and other modifications.

So the 540 kit is:
- Engine Base: 2.7 V6 Biturbo 280kW (380 hp) EC: AZR, ASJ
- Performance upgrade by ECU reprogramming (Engine control unit remapping)
- Sport catalytic converter
- Optimizet petrol system
- SPORTEC Turbocharger K04.525
- High performance catalytic converter and high performance exhaust system with tail pipes 70mm and Sportec-Logo
- Modified cylinder heads
- Bigger intercoolers with modified air-flow intake system in carbon
- Modified sidegrills
- Pressure pipes
I would suggest the following:
- Remap - Viper Tuning (Unit 20) or MRC
- Turbocharger - Loba
- High performance catalytic converter and high performance exhaust system with tail pipes 70mm and Sportec-Logo - Sportec ones are nice, but you can also go Milltek
- Modified cylinder heads - Not sure what they do here, but some people use different cyclinder heads.
- Bigger intercoolers with modified air-flow intake system in carbon - Wagner
- Modified sidegrills - This is just the removal of the fog lights and a new grill
- Pressure pipes - Forge/Samco/Other
- Brakes - B7 RS4 with Phaeton cooling
- Suspension - KWv3
- ARB - H&R
- Suspension Bushes - PowerFlex
- Flywheel - Tanoga
- Short shift - Tanoga
The Sportec wheels are lovely but have been known to bend.
Does that help?

Hi, this helps a lot. A few clarifications:
1. Are the loba turbo also kkk but bigger? Or are they garett
2. Have a rs 6 and based on the forum kwv3 has big problems is this right? Better get pss9?
3. What wheels would you recom as the stock doesnt look appealing and what size is best? Need a sturdy one as many potholes in our country. Was told that mtm is also not sturdy.
4. Any recom on the body kit?
5. Is the mtm option better than the sportec?
6. For ecu have you tried or have any knowledge on the brand wetterauer? Any good?
7. Do i need to change the clutch too?
Any sickness that the rs4 have?and the cure.
How many hp does the above get me to?
Appreciate your assistance

To add would you also recommend to change the injectors. Any experience changing the seats to the one that the rs 4 b7 uses? Is this a direct fit?

The thing is, I don't think you can do this by just asking questions on a forum. For what you are going to do, someone needs to take the risk of the modifications delivering the results.
You either buy a kit from Sportec/MTM/ABT/Other and have it shipped out for local fitting, or you ship the engine somewhere to be rebuilt.
There have been a few people on the site over the years from the Philippines, so maybe try to get in touch with them via Private Messages and see if they can help you locally.
