You need to remove the centre console (rear part)

Then cut the hole for the armrest. Should be marked on the underside IIRC.

Then slot the armrest throught the top with the gasket, and then bolt from underneath with the bracket; 10mm bolt, and 3 or so star screws.

Then mount the console back, along with the 3 nuts holding the console/armrest to the tunnel.

Quick question - How do you remove the rear part of the centre console? Reason for asking is that I can remove the handle part if the hand brake but not sure how/if I need to remove the lower part of the hand brake cover to lift the console off.
Thanks in advance...

There is a tab on the rear part of the handbrake grip.

It basically opens out (towards the centre console)

It's hard to explain, but its just a tab which clips up into the handbrake.

This number was confirmed as a correct number by my supplier. I have ordered the part so will verify this once i get the part...

Thanks for your help[/quote]

Can I ask what the final cost was of this part?
And i you've bought the top half as well what did that cost?

Cheers.
