Upgrade on front discs and pads rs6 c6

Hi i have just purchased a 2009 rs6 off here as in the past i need to upgrade discs not carbon though.

Is there anything new out there i may have missed.

Welcome to the club! Fairly new owner myself. Why are you needing to upgrade? Is it stock or tuned? Mines still stock with brand new discs and pads so will run that for a while. Head across to the C6 RS6 forum as its a constant point of discussion. Decent upgrade to the AP setup seems to be around £2.5k. Here some good info:

Here's some choices -

Discs

AP Racing 390mm discs - £800
OEM Audi 390mm discs - £800
Tarox 390mm discs - £1100
Brembo 405mm (disc only) - £1700
MTM 405mm (disc only) - £2600
AP 410mm (full replacement) - £2600
Tarox T16 400mm (full replacement) - £4000
Alcon 400mm (full replacement) - £5000
OEM Ceramics 420mm (full replacement) - £6000 2nd hand - £14000 new
Movit Ceramic 400mm - £14000+

"Full replacement" is discs, calipers and pads.

For £2500 the new AP Racing 410mm seem to be the best blend of performance vs cost.
